The firm
Our client is a large international law firm which provides a wide variety of legal services to clients around the world from offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Boston, Boca Raton, New Orleans, Paris, London, Sao Paolo and Hong Kong. This position is located in London at the Firm’s largest international office.
The role
In your new role as a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Partner and Legal Recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the London Office’s legal recruiting efforts for partners, associates, paralegals and trainees.
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Collating interview feedback and preparing approval to offer paperwork.
- Tracking the life cycle of candidates for reporting purposes.
- Developing strong working relationships with partners, associates and paralegals.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in Partner recruiting for a law firm.
- High level of attention to detail, confidence, and ambition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook; basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to easily shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
