Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for a new exciting opportunity within the legal space? Ryder Reid Legal has a proud 30-year heritage of placing legal professionals within US, UK and international law firms in London. We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our market-leading Paralegal team, working closely with Evie Kennett (Head of Paralegal Recruitment). This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely warm desk working with some of the most prestigious law firm clients in the world!

It is a full 360 recruitment role whereby you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates using various job boards and LinkedIn market mapping
  • Interviewing and conducting interview preparations with candidates
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Attending client meetings and building long-standing relationships
  • Supporting the Head with other ad-hoc tasks as/when necessary

Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience (legal sector preferred but not essential)
  • A minimum of 6 months' recruitment experience within a 360 role
  • A team player with a positive 'can do’ attitude and growth mindset
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Calm under pressure
