Legal Personal Assistant – Disputes & Litigation
Location: City of London Working Arrangement: Full-time, 5 days in office Salary: Up to £55,000 + generous bonus!!
A leading boutique litigation firm is seeking a confident and highly organised Legal PA to support its dynamic disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and enjoys being at the heart of complex, high-value litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive and seamless support to fee earners
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
- Handling billing, expenses, and time recording
- Liaising with clients and internal teams professionally
- Supporting with court filings and document bundling
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation or disputes
