Are you a highly skilled, proactive and dedicated PA looking for an exciting position supporting a small allocation with a growing US firm? If so, keep reading as this might be the role for you! We are recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join one of exceptional US firms. This role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 with hybrid working (4 days in their stunning offices). Competitive salary and great benefits!
You will be supporting a small allocation of 3/4 fee earners including predominantly a key Corporate partner who is expert in his field. For this reason, the role will be heavily weighted in EA responsibility so is an exciting opportunity!
Duties include:
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Booking travel, meetings, appointments and events
- Basic document preparation and amendments
- Invoicing and receipts
- Opening new clients and matters
Skills required:
- You must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Legal PA in a City or US law firm.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Efficient, robust, and proactive.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism.
