Are you a confident, diligent and resourceful Legal EA looking to take the next step in your career within a high-performing, collaborative environment?
A leading US law firm with a strong global presence is seeking a talented Legal EA to support their Corporate team based in London.
This is a key hire due to continued growth. You’ll be supporting a key Partner in Charge providing important 1:1 high executive-level support, along with a small allocation of other fee earners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of calendars and inboxes which will include scheduling and prioritising.
- Liaising with high-profile clients, taking ownership of queries and acting as a confidential and trusted point of contact
- Coordinating travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Handling expenses, billing, and matter openings
- Drafting correspondence and preparing/editing documents
- Creating PowerPoints and presentation slides for meetings
- Supporting internal events and anticipating team needs proactively
What They’re Looking For
- An exceptional Legal PA or EA with 7+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm, supporting senior stakeholders
- Someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed
- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work to tight deadlines and under time constraints, showing resilience
