Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home (subject to business requirements)
Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join one of our international, law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. Our client, a premier law firm with over 400 associates worldwide, offering legal advice in banking, corporate finance, energy and environmental, are looking for someone to become an important member of their IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with diverse IT tasks including relocating users and setting up equipment.
- Provide user support for desktop applications, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems.
- Basic administration in Active Directory and telephone systems.
- Deliver training on standard desktop applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, users, and equipment.
Experience with:
- Remote access systems like Duo, Citrix, and VPN.
- Participate in project work and maintenance shutdowns.
- Join the IT on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
