Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal for its award-winning Private Equity team in Greater London. This role is on an initial 12-month fixed term contract, allowing for hybrid working and offering paid overtime.
The Paralegal will support the PE group by reviewing confidentiality agreements, providing closing support to fee earners, and managing databases. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials and some prior experience in Private Equity from a law firm or in-house environment.
