From managing front-of-house operations to innovating concierge services, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences in a world-class environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and inspiring the Guest Experience team to deliver best-in-class service Managing reception, client lounge, and visitor hosting with impeccable standards Coordinating meeting room bookings and hospitality with precision Supporting internal events and collaborating with business services teams Driving innovation in guest services and developing a VIP concierge offering Overseeing team performance, training, and rota management What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest services A confident, polished communicator with a proactive mindset Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A passion for people, service excellence, and continuous improvement Experience in Legal/ high-end corporate or luxury environments is a plus.
