Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will be supporting the end-to-end graduate recruitment programmes and the trainee and internship programmes. The role will work closely with the Senior Graduate Recruitment Manager and the Graduate Recruitment Coordinators. The focus of this role will be recruiting and onboarding for summer vacation schemes and trainee programmes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent candidate experience, engagement, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Day-to-day organisation and scheduling of international programmes (including the Summer Vacation Scheme / Internship, Open days, and Assessment days).
- Ensuring strong onboarding experience for candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with target universities.
- Pre-screening all applications and coordinating online testing, pre-selection, and interview process.
- Attending law fair and university campus activities, workshops, and presentation
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR in a legal or professional services environment.
- A keen interest in the legal sector and building a career in early careers recruitment and development.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
