Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis. The duties will include regular client contact working closely with partners and associates in the team, along with the following:
- Performing research
- Co-ordinating regulatory filing materials
- Other trainee and junior associate level tasks
The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience ideally within a regulatory, fund structuring or fund deal execution team. This team has a great track record of promoting Paralegals internally following successful SQE qualification. The firm operates hybrid working and offers great benefits, including a competitive base salary and paid overtime!
