Role: Facilities Assistant – Global Law Firm

Location: Central London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a Facilities Assistant for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in facilities management within a high-performing, professional environment.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for all facilities-related matters. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting both employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing facilities requests including building maintenance, lighting, air conditioning, and security.
  • Handling reprographics and document production tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely repairs and service delivery.
  • Conducting regular inspections and coordinating office moves and setups.
  • Operating the Building Management System and managing security passes.
  • Maintaining office equipment and liaising with engineers for repairs.
  • Overseeing mail and courier services, and managing stationery and branded merchandise.
  • Supporting Health & Safety compliance and reporting.

Role requirements:

  • Experience in a law firm environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude with a keen eye for detail.
