Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an Events Coordinator to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of client-facing and internal events that align with the firm’s business development strategy. You will work closely with partners, fee-earners, and the marketing team to ensure high-quality events that reflect the firm's brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and execute seminars, webinars, and receptions.
- Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and catering.
- Maintain an internal events calendar and manage resources.
- Support event budgets and supplier negotiations.
- Develop GDPR-compliant mailing lists and event invitations.
- Coordinate website and social media event promotion.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in event planning, marketing, or communications.
