This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Legal Networks Events Specialist, supporting membership-based benchmarking and networking groups for in-house regulatory counsel at life sciences companies.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Legal Networks Manager, partners, and business development teams to coordinate and grow the firm’s legal networks. This role combines event planning, membership management, and strategic marketing, offering exposure to high-profile clients and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for legal network members, managing queries, renewals, and CRM data.
- Plan and execute biannual meetings, webinars, and networking events, including onsite management.
- Draft and coordinate internal and external communications for events and membership engagement.
- Support business development initiatives to retain and expand membership.
- Conduct research to assist lawyers with billable matters and prepare concise reports.
- Analyse event feedback and membership data to inform growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing events for membership organisations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, InterAction).
- A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
