Our client, a top-tier US law firm located in the heart of the City of London, is seeking a proactive and professional Legal PA to join their Restructuring team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a friendly, high-performing team!
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £55k and excellent benefits package
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient diary, inbox, and travel management
- Billing and expense processing
- Document production - formatting, editing, and proofreading
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Opening and managing new clients and matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience within a top City or US law firm is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A confident, friendly, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
