Electronic Resources Coordinator
Are you passionate about legal research tools and resource management? Join a dynamic Research & Intelligence Services (RIS) team as an Electronic Resources Coordinator, supporting the London, Luxembourg, and Asia offices.
In this role, you’ll manage electronic subscriptions, ensure seamless access to legal research platforms, and oversee print and circulation services in our London office. You’ll work closely with our Operations Supervisor and Research Specialist to maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date resources for our attorneys and business services teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage setup, maintenance, and renewals of electronic research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Troubleshoot access issues with IT and vendors.
- Maintain global user lists and license tracking.
- Oversee print collection workflows and circulation in the London office.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure resource availability.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and data management.
- Support global RIS initiatives and process improvements.
