Are you a committed legal professional with Docketing experience looking to step into a Docketing Specialist role? If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients who are looking for a Docketing Specialist to join their busy team!
This is a growth position which makes this a great opportunity to join a firm that is expanding and excelling in the legal market! You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, paying a highly competitive salary up to £55,000 DOE! Attractive hybrid policy on offer too with 3 days in the office and 2 from home! This role is based in the City of London.
Duties include:
- Manage and maintain IP dockets
- Docket new application filings
- Advise lawyers and paralegals on any docket issues
- Assist with quality assurance of filings
- Update and manage docket system
- Other duties when required
Skills required:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years docketing experience in a law firm (essential)
- Knowledge of docket software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Impeccable organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, hard working and motivated
