We’re delighted to be working with a highly respected international law firm based in the heart of London, known for its excellence in Corporate and Transactional work, as well as its inclusive and collaborative culture. The firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Paralegal to join its Corporate team, on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain client files and ensure proper closure and storage
- Provide research, drafting and general support to fee earners
- Record time accurately and follow firm policies and procedures
- Contribute to meetings, share know‑how and support training initiatives
Qualifications:
This is an entry-level role where prior corporate paralegal experience is desirable, but candidates with a strong interest in corporate law and relevant exposure through work experience or vacation schemes will also be considered.
