We’re partnering with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a Conflicts & AML Analyst for their London office. This is a unique opportunity to join a global team at the forefront of legal compliance, supporting high-value transactions and client engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
Role: Conflicts & AML Analyst – Global Law Firm

Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict searches and analysis using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and compliance teams to resolve potential conflicts.
- Perform AML due diligence including KYC, sanctions, PEP screening, and adverse media checks.
- Support lateral hire clearances and business development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing ethical walls and maintaining accurate records.
- Generate and circulate conflict reports across the firm.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in conflicts and AML within a law firm or financial institution.
- Familiarity with tools such as InTapp Open, LegalKey, and Capital IQ.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
