Job Title: Client Development Coordinator
Location: London
Hybrid Policy: 3 days in office/2 from home
Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a Client Development Coordinator for one of our global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s business growth, supporting lawyers with their marketing efforts and driving the success of all client development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Pitch Preparation: Collaborate with the Senior Client Development Manager to prepare and coordinate the delivery of multiple business pitches using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Content Management: Update practice group descriptions, attorney biographies, and lists of new client matter wins daily.
- Event Coordination: Plan and implement client continuing legal education events, handling all logistics from start to finish, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Research and Reporting: Work with the intelligence team to prepare research reports that support both individual pitch efforts and strategic projects.
- CRM Management: Collaborate with the CRM team to maintain high-quality client contact data.
- Thought Leadership: Identify opportunities for individual lawyers to build their visibility in the community through thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in professional services, ideally with disputes experience.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written communication, project management, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems preferred.
