The role:

In your new role as a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment process for associates across London and other international offices. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting lateral associate recruiting for multiple practice groups.
  • Managing relationships with search firms across multiple practice areas.
  • Assisting with screening resumes, scheduling and administering interviews.
  • Maintaining various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking relevant data.
  • Tracking and collecting interview feedback.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience within a lateral recruitment role at a law firm.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • An ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
