A leading global law firm in a phase of continued growth is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their EMEA team this summer for a 13-15 month full-time fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Senior Manager and wider global team, the new Manager will focus on Associate recruitment for London and Europe.

  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral associates, covering sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offers, conflicts clearance, due diligence, and tailored closing.
  • Partners with the Senior Manager to deliver the EMEA associate recruiting strategy, including workforce planning, lateral hiring, succession planning, and alignment with firmwide goals.
  • Liaises with recruiters in London and across Europe to stay on top of market trends and hire the best talent.
  • Partnering with HR on recruitment, development, and retention in line with firmwide strategy.
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager to support advising EMEA leaders and Partners on associate performance, development needs, workforce planning, and retention risks.
