A leading international law firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its busy London Information Services team. This role provides hands-on technical support across the office, covering hardware, software, meetings technology, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for laptops, iPhones/iPads, and encrypted devices.
- Assist with RSA server administration and mobile device management.
- Set up meeting rooms, hybrid meetings (Teams/Zoom), and event tech.
- Log, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when required.
- Support office moves, PC reimaging, hardware replacements, and visitor equipment setup.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in an IT support role (professional services experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, with advantage for iManage and Aderant iTimekeep.
- Experience with Exchange, Outlook, Citrix, RSA tokens/remote access, iOS/Android, and HP printers.
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills with a proactive, service-focused approach.
