Receptionist – Join a Prestigious Law Firm

Location: Fetter Lane, London

Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (with occasional flexibility until 18:00), salary based on experience between £30,000 - £40,000.

About the Role: As our receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll manage front-of-house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed

Working Hours:

  • Core hours: 08:00 – 16:00
  • Flexibility required to work until 18:00 on occasion
