The role:
In your new role as a Graduate Recruitment and Development Assistant, you will be supporting the end-to-end graduate recruitment programmes across EMEA, working closely with all members of the Graduate Recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent candidate and trainee experience through effective communication, engagement and relationship-building.
- Supporting the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of graduate programmes, including Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes, Open Days and Assessment Days.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Pre-screening applications and coordinating selection and interview processes.
- Coordinating inductions and onboarding activity.
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of training programmes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with target universities and supporting activities like campus events, workshops and law fairs.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or Early Careers in a law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
