We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support to a busy group of Partners and fee earners within a high-performing Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, professional and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, client communications and matter management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management for Partners and Associates
  • Preparing, amending and formatting legal and business documents
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials
  • Drafting correspondence, emails, engagement letters and event invitations
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organising internal meetings, client meetings and networking events
  • Managing expense claims and assisting with time recording
  • Supporting billing activities and responding to client billing enquiries
  • Opening new matters, conducting conflict check administration and liaising with risk teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and polished Legal Secretary with exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a law firm
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience formatting complex documents and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail with fast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to work independently
  • Experience using document management systems
