Senior Coordinator / Specialist – Business Development London | Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced BD/Marketing professional to support international initiatives across London and Brussels , with a focus on International Disputes and Trade & Regulatory Compliance . Key Responsibilities Prepare pitches, proposals, and presentations Deliver events, webinars, and campaigns Manage BD projects end-to-end Draft directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) Maintain CRM data and track activity Produce client-facing content and identify opportunities Requirements 5 years’ experience in BD/marketing (professional services preferred) Strong writing, organisation, and project management skills Experience with CRM, pitches, and events Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Proactive, collaborative, adaptable Comfortable working across offices and time zones Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility required) Apply now to join a dynamic global team
