Are you a corporate lawyer with Private Investment Funds experience looking to step into a strategic leadership role? We’re working with a prestigious international law firm to find a Transactional Services Manager to join their growing London-based Private Investment Funds (PIF) practice.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly formed Transactional Services Team , supporting high-profile fund clients and driving innovation in legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of paralegals and staff attorneys.
- Develop workflows, playbooks, and precedents for fund transactions (e.g. LP transfers, MFNs, bibling).
- Collaborate with innovation teams to evaluate and implement legal tech solutions.
- Oversee staffing, training, and quality control for transactional support.
- Set pricing models and manage budgets for the team’s services.
- Deliver training to partners and associates on new processes and tools.
- Report on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified corporate lawyer, ideally with proven experience in Private Investment Funds.
- Background in a top-tier law firm or equivalent in-house role (Europe).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in legal services.
