I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a talented and proactive Legal PA to join a busy and collaborative team in Cambridge.
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
The Role
You will provide high-level support to senior legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
- Organising meetings and events
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
- Billing and administrative support
- Managing multiple priorities in a busy legal environment
About You
- Previous Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience within a law firm
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
