Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Championing best practices in Salesforce (CRM technology) for marketing activities.
• Executing marketing campaigns and collaborating with BD team members.
• Preparing and managing pitches, RFPs, capability statements, and presentations.
• Managing attorney biographies and ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Analysing data related to client alerts, campaigns, pitches, and events.
• Producing and maintaining a library of client-focused documents.
• Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers.
• Supporting the London team in delivering campaigns and BD plans.
• Building strong relationships with attorneys and global colleagues.
• Delivering client-facing presentations and supporting attorneys on BD initiatives.
• Driving cross-border initiatives and global BD & marketing projects.
• Providing administrative support and coordinating research for sponsorship opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate: Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and have over two years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent writing and organizational skills. Possess interpersonal skills enable them to work effectively in a matrixed organization and be flexible and responsive to the needs of the team.
