Salary: Competitive
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 from home
Location: London Liverpool St / Fenchurch St
Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Championing best practices in Salesforce (CRM technology) for marketing activities.
- Executing marketing campaigns and collaborating with BD team members.
- Preparing and managing pitches, RFPs, capability statements, and presentations.
- Managing attorney biographies and ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Analysing data related to client alerts, campaigns, pitches, and events.
- Producing and maintaining a library of client-focused documents.
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers.
- Supporting the London team in delivering campaigns and BD plans.
- Building strong relationships with attorneys and global colleagues.
- Delivering client-facing presentations and supporting attorneys on BD initiatives.
- Driving cross-border initiatives and global BD & marketing projects.
- Providing administrative support and coordinating research for sponsorship opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate: Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and have over two years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent writing and organizational skills. Possess interpersonal skills enable them to work effectively in a matrixed organization and be flexible and responsive to the needs of the team.
