Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development Assistant to join one of our leading law firm clients at their London office. This role is crucial in supporting the firm-wide marketing and business development efforts and represents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring BD/Marketing professional to develop in one of London's growing law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing marketing and business development materials, including pitches and proposals.
- Support internal and client events alongside the BD Coordinator.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and the wider market.
- Update lawyer bios and the experience database with business content.
- Track deadlines for directories and awards and assist with submissions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or prior experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
