About the Role
As Pitch Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end pitch process across Europe, working closely with the BD team, Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals that win new business. You’ll shape pitch strategies, develop tailored content, and implement best practices to ensure consistency and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the end-to-end pitch process, including high-profile pitches and panel submissions.
- Collaborate with Partners to create client-focused proposals and RFP responses.
- Maintain and enhance a best-in-class pitch content library.
- Track and analyse pitch performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Work with research teams to gather market intelligence and strengthen pitch strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level education with 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise at Partner level.
- Proven project management and organisational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
