Key Responsibilities Summary

• Marketing & BD Support: Assist the London marketing team and Director in executing marketing, business development, and communications initiatives.
• Lawyer Liaison: Act as a point of contact for lawyers regarding marketing and event needs.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate on client events from planning to follow-up, including managing invitations and mailing lists.
• Content Creation: Help draft and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, seminar content, and client communications.
• Submissions & Awards: Support the preparation of award nominations, directory submissions, and marketing surveys.
• Pitch & Proposal Support: Assist in creating pitch materials, proposals, and RFP responses; track outcomes.
• Content Management: Organise and maintain marketing content for pitches, directories, and nominations.
• Information Flow: Facilitate updates to lawyer bios, practice descriptions, experience tracking, and press releases.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various marketing teams across EMEA and the US, including communications, research, RFP, events, and creative teams.
