We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work for one of our top clients - a US law firm based right in the heart of the City of London that really excel in their work and put their people first. We are looking for someone ambitious, passionate and driven who has a genuine desire about kick starting their career in the legal industry.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm, paying a salary up to £29k/£30k depending on experience. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work 5 days in the office and we are looking for someone who is happy to do this and is excited about the exposure they will gain! This role has come about due to growth so it’s an excellent opportunity for exposure to an international law firm and to come in and make your mark!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the PA and Administration team with daily tasks that arise
- Provide administrative support including sorting presentations, inputting time entries, organising travel etc.
- Document storing and filing, both electronic and hard copy
- Other duties as and when required
Skills required:
- Minimum of 9 months administration experience in a law firm is essential
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- IT confident including using printers, copiers and internal databases
- Reliable, flexible and resilient
- Ability to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining efficiency
