Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with overflow PA work - managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, preparing documents
  • Supporting reception and client services, including event coordination
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
  • Assisting with billing, expenses, and time entry
  • Assisting senior staff with general administration
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 6 months of administration experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
