Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a strong and dedicated Admin to join our international law firm client on a temporary basis for around 3 months. This role will be managing the overflow of work within the Technology Operations team. No technology experience is required but strong administration skills are a must.
This role will be based 5 days in their beautiful office in Liverpool Street and paying a competitive salary. You must be available immediately for this role and have experience in a law firm or professional services firm as an administrator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Get quotes from suppliers
- Raise purchase orders
- Perform weekly stock checks
- Sending weekly reminders/updates to users
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Taking messages or redirecting inquiries appropriately
- Keeping track of inventory and liaising with suppliers
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
