Ryder Reid Legal are seeking a Temporary Billing Coordinator at one of our high-rolling international law firm clients. This role presents the opportunity to join on a temp to perm basis at their London office. This will be based in the office 3 - 4 days a week with the flexibility of working 1 or 2 days from home. This firm is paying a competitive salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience!
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage billing processes, including time edits, invoice generation, and matter maintenance
- Handle ebilling setup, uploads, and issue resolution
- Ensure VAT compliance and process credit notes/write-offs
- Respond to billing queries and support collections
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members
The successful candidate will have experience in Billing within the legal sector and must be immediately available.
