Title: Senior Business Development Specialist
Location: London

Ryder Reid Legal has been instructed on an outstanding opportunity for a driven and confident Senior BD Specialist to step into a high-impact position within a leading global law firm's London office. This permanent role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, and a hybrid work model with Fridays from home. Please see more information below:
Key Responsibilities
* Create tailored pitches, RFP responses, and marketing collateral
* Maintain firm databases and experience records
* Conduct client and market research, mapping, and reporting
* Support BD campaigns including events and thought leadership
* Partner with BD Managers on initiatives and cross-practice efforts
* Draft legal directory submissions and manage deadlines
* Coordinate logistics for client-facing events and presentations
* Assist PR and Communications teams as needed
* Drive wider BD projects and initiatives across the firm
* Build trusted relationships with lawyers and colleagues globally
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned BD professional with 4-5 years of experience in legal, professional or financial services. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work with precision, creativity, and resilience. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are a must, along with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
