About the Role
The role will be working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, and the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the current business systems.
Responsibilities
The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:
- Centralising documentation
- Standardising processes
- They will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issues
- Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:
- Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systems
- Resolve user issues
- Optimise workflows
- Ensuring the Firm's applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholders
