Salary: up to £69,000 per annum
One of our leading international law firm clients is looking for a payroll coordinator to join their team ASAP on a temporary basis for 2 months. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Audits pre- and post-payroll processes to ensure compliance with tax, benefits, and company policies
- Executes payroll balancing and transmission processes via SDWorx and PeopleSoft
- Generates payroll inputs and audit queries in PeopleSoft
- Updates PeopleSoft HCM and supports GL/financial reporting using SDWorx outputs
- Supports regular payroll audits and compliance checks
- Collaborates with HR on employee data changes affecting payroll
- Prepares and distributes routine and ad hoc payroll reports
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Available for an immediate start
- Experience of using ADP iHCM or other prominent payroll software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Previous UK payroll experience gained within a fast-moving demanding environment
