You will work closely with lawyers and business services professionals to ensure they are confident and effective users of the firm's technology platforms. Beyond training delivery, you will help shape the firm's wider learning strategy, partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop engaging learning content and support successful adoption of new technologies.
