In your new role as a Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor, you will act as the firm's subject matter expert for benefits and wellbeing across London and European offices. Working closely with HR leadership, benefits providers, and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for the delivery, continuous improvement, and strategic oversight of employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives, absence management, and reward-related programmes.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the administration and ongoing development of employee benefits programmes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional employee experience.
- Managing annual benefits renewals, market reviews, provider relationships, utilisation analysis, and programme enhancements.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for benefits-related queries and issues.
