We are looking for a passionate and experienced Legal Secretary to join our US Law firm Client on a permanent basis. You will be working within the Corporate Investment Management team.

The firm is renowned for its inclusive culture and modern, beautiful offices, a short walk from St Paul's station. They are expanding rapidly and offer a vibrant work environment where team collaboration and inclusion is key.

In this role, you will support six fee earners, including the Head of Department, with a focus on billing tasks (Excel and 3E proficiency required).

Duties will include:

  • Manage diaries
  • Opening clients and files
  • Amend documents
  • Handle various secretarial duties

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with three days in the office and two days working from home. They are offering a competitive salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience.
