Looking for your next challenge as an Executive Assistant supporting a very busy Head of Department? We are partnering with one of our City law firm clients who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Disputes team!

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to work on your own initiative, be motivated and eager to join a busy practice group! You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 paying up to £55k depending on experience. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days in the office based near Moorgate!

Duties include:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Business development tasks
  • Client onboarding
  • Billing and finance related tasks
  • Arranging meetings and assisting with departmental administration
  • Document preparation and amendments

Skills required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a Senior Executive or Board level in a law firm.
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Proactive, self-managed and strong initiative
  • Ability to problem solve and think ahead
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A desire to contribute to the firm's ongoing success
