Our client is a leading US law firm renowned for its dynamic, high-performance culture. They are the go-to firm for clients navigating complex, high-profile matters across industries such as sports, healthcare, life sciences, media & entertainment, asset management, and hospitality.
The role
In your new role as a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting HR operations at a busy and growing firm. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials.
- Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- Support the recruitment process of business services and paralegals.
- Maintain employee records.
- Work closely with the wider HR generalist team to ensure processes and policies are followed.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a US law firm.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT proficiency.
