Our client is a leading international law firm known for its innovative approach to resolving complex disputes. With offices in the US, continental Europe, and the UK, this firm specialises in areas such as antitrust/competition, commercial and financial disputes, environmental and product liability, human rights, and technology and data breach.
In your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role for the smooth operation of the firm. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will work with all lawyers across the firm including the most senior stakeholders in the business.
- Preparing the monthly payroll reports.
- Assisting with the management of parental leave.
- Assisting the HR Director with performance issues, investigations for disciplinary or grievance processes.
Strong working knowledge of HR practices at an advisory level is essential (ideally within a legal or professional services environment).
Experience managing employee relations cases.
Experience handling payroll.
