A leading professional services firm is looking for an Events Executive to join its Marketing team in London.

The Role

You'll lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of client events including conferences, seminars, networking events, and webinars. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the firmwide events calendar and oversee end-to-end event delivery
  • Deliver high-quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams on event campaigns
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs, suppliers, and venue logistics
  • Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
  • Ensure all events are on-brand and support business growth initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience in events or marketing within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

Working Pattern

London-based with some travel and occasional out-of-hours work for events. A great opportunity for a proactive, organised events professional to join a collaborative and growing team.
