Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic European Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join one of our leading international law firm clients on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead and support various initiatives for the firm's European practices, with a focus on market-leading asset management practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create tailored pitches, credential documents, and client presentations.
- Execute conferences, events, and webinars.
- Maintain and update client lists and marketing materials.
- Conduct business and competitive intelligence research.
- Draft key directory submissions and support practice business plans.
- Identify marketing opportunities and manage matter capture processes.
Qualifications:
- University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/business development within legal or professional services.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Suite; experience with InterAction preferred.
