Role Overview: Our client, an award winning UK law firm is recruiting a Brand Protection Paralegal to join its Liverpool or London office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Brand Protection Formalities Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake trade mark and design filings
  • Submitting trade marks and design applications
  • Conducting searches

Qualifications: Suitable candidates must hold a law degree or GDL equivalent, and have previous Brand Protection law experience ideally gained from a similar law firm environment. CITMA Paralegal qualification desirable.
