Senior Business Development Executive | Professional Services
Are you a proactive and commercially minded Business Development professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Executive to support a range of practice groups, leading marketing and BD initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and raise market profile. This is a broad and hands-on role offering significant autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement marketing and business development plans and budgets
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives
- Manage thought leadership campaigns, events, and market-facing activities
- Support pitches, proposals, award submissions, and marketing collateral
- Conduct client, competitor, and market research
- Track and report on business development activity and opportunities
- Mentor and support junior team members
About You:
- 3-5 years' Marketing & Business Development experience within professional services, ideally legal
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and managing BD projects
- Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Passionate about delivering high-quality work and driving business growth
